Terlingua Championship Chili Mix


​In mid-September of 2017 the Terlingua Championship Chili Mix was introduced as an exclusive product at HEB stores in Texas.   You can purchase the championship inspired chili mix at any local HEB.  The CASI organization, as charity organization, receives a royalty from the Terlingua Chili Mix.   So visit HEB and stock up on the championship chili mix. 


​Anything But Chili Contest

​At the CASI Terlingua International Chili Championship a "Anything But Chili" contest is held.  The contest rule is that you must use the HEB/CASI Terlingua Championship Mix to cook anything, except a pot of chili.  There are two categories in the contest:  Sweet and Savory.   Click on the link to see some of the winning recipes in each category.
