TICC Judges Needed

So you want to be a judge at the CASI International Chili Championship..........

The judging opportunities are endless at the CASI Terlingua International Chili Championship. The five day events starts on Tuesday with a preliminary chili contest, specialty contests on Wednesday and Thursday, the CASI Scholarship events on Friday (consisting of the International Hot Wing Contest-Traditional & Non-Traditional, the International Bean Contest, the International Traditional Salsa Championship-Traditional & Non-Traditional) and then the greatest and largest of all championship chili events on Saturday......The Original CASI Terlingua International Chili Championship.

Over 200 Judges are needed to determine who will take home the coveted World Chili Pepper trophy.
You will judge an average of 10 to 15 entries during your tasting experience.
No judging experience is necessary, just a desire to taste entries from the world's best competitive cooks.
Every cook is trying to impress the judges, so you are not likely to find a bad entry.
Beverages and condiments are provided for your judging pleasure and to cleanse the palate.
Judging is fun and filling!
On Saturday, there is likely to be 5-6 rounds of judging, with the Final Table judging consisting of sponsors and VIPs.
Judging times will be posted for each event.
If you are not present to judge during the round you are assigned, sorry you might lose your spot.

NOTE: The Friday Championship events are a first come...first to judge. Just get in line for each event and wait for the judges to be let into the judging area. The Friday events are World Class events to include: Beans, Wings, and Salsa *

NOTE: The Wednesday event is an Anything But Chili, but the contestant must use the CASI-HEB chili mix in their entry. Judging is first come....first to judge. *

NOTE: The Tuesday CASI sanctioned chili contest is a very large event with usually over 100 cooks. Judging is on first come....first to judge. *
