Information about the 45th CASI
​Great Pepper's Meeting (GPM)
Friday-Saturday,
​September 06-07, 2024
Updated Information:  08/28/2024:  The elevator to the second floor of GG's is in the entrance foyer, you do not need to go into restrauant area to get to elevator.   No smoking facility; outside smoking only. Friday hospitality is after meetings until 11:00 pm. Saturday hospitality is 6:00 pm until 11:00 p.m.  No lunch on Friday.  Saturday lunch for voting delegates and paid guest will be approximately noon until 1:30 p.m. 
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 08/02/2024:   ​The host for the GPM notified us of a scheduling conflict.  The JB Wells Expo has hosted the GPM since 2020 and have been wonderful to work with over the years.  This year, the weekend of Sept 6-7, 2024 is double booked.  The management staff at JB Wells has worked out a solution for our meeting.  This year’s GPM will be held at “The Venue at GG’s” in Gonzales.  It is located on the second floor of GG’s Steaks and Spirts at 216 Middle Buster Road; next door to the Holiday Inn and only a 2 minute walk from the Hotel.  For those who have been there knows it is a very nice establishment.  JB Wells is still our host for the GPM offering RV reservations and hospitality.  They will be operating a shuttle to and from JB Wells Expo Center and the Venue at GG’s.

​ J. B. Wells Park is a 169-acre park with a convention/meeting center, covered outdoor pavilion and over 400 RV hook-ups.  You may bring your RV or stay in local hotels. Gonzales is less than 65 miles from the Austin, TX International airport.

ALL CASI Members invited to meeting:
  • $35 Registration Fee - See Ancillary Payment and Registration Below
  • Includes Saturday lunch and entry to hospitality lounge
  • Great Peppers, Regional Referees, Directors, Pod Delegates and Off-Board support are exempt from Registration Fee, but still must register for meeting.
  • Registration cutoff :   08/30/2024

Great Peppers / Regional Referees / CASI Guests:
  • Everyone is responsible for their own hotel reservations
  • Evryone must register for the GP meeting, even if no fees due
