TICC is held on the first Saturday of each November at Rancho CASI de los Chisos located at 80 Mariposa Mine Road, Terlingua, Texas 79852. Ranch is located on Ranch Road 170, eleven miles west of junction of RM 170 and Hwy 118 at Study Butte, Texas. On Google Maps, enter Rancho CASI de los Chisos for directions to the ranch. Our championship event is held to celebrate chili, raise money for Terlingua community agencies and CASI's scholarship fund and recognize the cooks who have qualified to participate at TICC. We welcome and appreciate your participation.

Vendor set up for the event is no earlier than the Monday before the championship event. CASI does not charge a vendor fee. Below are the guidelines for Food and Merchandise Vendors.

Food Vendors: Electric supply is limited. The more self-contained you are, the better. Electricity is available onsite at no charge (20 amp only). In exchange for a vendor fee; all ice, sodas and water are to be purchased from CASI onsite during the event. There will be a special vendor pricing released in October.
Merchandise Vendors: CASI does not charge a vendor fee for merchandise vendors. Electricity is avaiable onsite for $100 per week. In exchange for a vendor fee, each vendor is required to donate an item for the Friday Auction, with proceeds benefiting the CASI National Scholarship Fund. Additional auction items are always appreciated.

CASI will make every effort to avoid duplication of products/services, but CASI does not guarantee exclusive rights to sell your product or do we accept any liability for any loss. CASI reserves the right to reject any application. No refund of fees will be made due to weather or closing of event by any government agency.

A Certificate of Proof of Liability insurance and a copy of your Texas Health permit (if applicable) is required before set up. CASI - Chili Appreciation Society International, Inc should be shown as an "additional insured" on your proof of liability form.
