Everything CASI...

Greetings and salutations.    CASI is rapidly approaching the 39th meeting of the Great Peppers.  The annual meeting is taking place at the Sheraton Arlington in Arlington, TX the weekend of September 7-9.  The annual CASI business meeting is a two day event to discuss everything CASI.  Guests are welcome.  If you would like more information, please go to casichili.net and click on the GPM tab at the top of the page.

The 52nd Annual Terlingua International Chili Championship is just a few months away and preparations are in full swing for the biggest party in the desert.  This year the Championship cook-off will be Saturday, November 3, 2018. There many activities at Rancho CASI de los Chisos that week for everyone.  Stay on the ranch and relax or travel the roads through and around the Big Bend area.  Tons of history and some of the most beautiful scenery in Texas.  Click on the Terlingua tab at the top of the page for more information about granddaddy of all chili cook-offs.
