• Hello from Virginia.  We are just a few days away from the 38th Meeting of the Great Peppers.  This year we gather in Tysons Corner, Virginia.  Friday and Saturday this week are going to be full of seminars, forums, meetings and of course gatherings of friends, new and old.  Registration will begin on Thursday afternoon. Friday is a full day with Board of Directors meeting that morning and concluding with the cook-off that evening.  Saturday is going to be a full day as well. As the delegates travel from all over country and head to Virginia, we wish them safe travels.  As we gather this weekend our thoughts and prayers are with our chili family along the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast that have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Sadly, each day we learn of another one of our chili family that has been drastically effected in the aftermath of this storm.  Please know we are thinking of you during this time.
