One for the books

The 48th Texas Men's State Chili Championship is in the books.  I would personally like to thank David Sexton, Andy Williams, Gary Brignon and the entire Texas Men's State Committee for an excellent, well run weekend in Corsicana.  From Friday on, the entire cook-off was a lot of fun.  Congrats to Buddy  Brooks for being crowned the 2017 Texas Men's State Champion.  There are always MANY thank you's to be handed out and there are ALWAYS too many to name personally.  But to each and every one of you , GREAT JOB and THANK YOU.  Below are the Saturday results.  Next up, Texas Ladie's State Chili Championship, April 8 in Seguin TX.
