ATTENTION! CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
If you are coming to TICC, we need your help. There are many open slots for volunteering. Follow this link to sign up to volunteer: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4aaead2ea2f94-ticc1 WHY signing up this way is the best? Because those in charge of jobs have a way to stay organized, have lists with time slots and names, and even have contact information should the need arise. Do I have to use this to volunteer? No, but why not? It’s easy, quick, and you can even change/add/remove after you’ve registered. It’s so easy even non-computer people can do it! Plus, the person in charge will have only ONE list of their volunteers and not have to keep up with multiple lists. Can I sign up for more than one job? Absolutely! You will have an option to find available jobs/days/times and you simply check the box saying you want to volunteer for that job. Can I register for my friend/spouse/significant other? Yes you may. There is a box under each job asking how many you are registering for. You can then use the “comment” section to list the people you are registering for. What if the job I want is full? The best option you have at that point is to contact the person in charge of that job, as it is up to them. Their phone number and email address is listed in the job description. What are the jobs that are listed? The front gate – run by Rick Powell. There are so many slots still open for this job, and it is one that, once worked you want to do it again next year. It is a fun job! You get to see the people arriving and everyone is happy! The time slots are 2 hours each and Rick needs 4 people per slot. The main bar – run by Scotty Parker and Keith Longabaugh. Another job having lots of available slots. This is another job that is fun for everyone working it. You are able to people watch and everyone who visits the bar is happy. Those working the bar love doing it too! Scotty and Keith are asking for 3 people for each 2 hour slot. Marking the Old 320 – run by Bob Steinle. There are just a few remaining slot for this job, which has always been a fan favorite. The work is a little physical, but everyone has fun helping. Almost EVERY slot is still available for all three jobs! It is fun and easy and you are surrounded by people having a blast! YOU make a difference doing this! Wings/Beans/Salsa Runners – run by Nancy Hewlett. MANY available slots!!! Although an active job, it is fun! You refill drinks, spoons, condiments. A few have signed up for this but we are still in need of many helpers! Final Table Runners – run by Kris Stewart. SO much fun to schmooze with the final table judges before the judging begins. SO much fun to help Kris keep this running smoothly. Slots are available! IF you sign up using SignUpGenius, there is a question about you getting a shirt for helping. If you WANT the shirt, you will list your size here. One shirt per volunteer. Using this method will get you your free shirt. If you would like to register, but don’t want to go log in, contact Susan Armand at [email protected], giving her the jobs/time slots/shirt size you want and she will register you. TICC can’t run smoothly without our volunteers. Please sign up! http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4aaead2ea2f94-ticc1
