​Isn't it about time you found a CASI event that you would like to compete in with the best chili cooks in the world, or how about judging some of the best chili in the world, or maybe even plan your own charity event, or just join in the best fun in the world and support a local charity. For all the events listed, CASI RULES APPLY! 

Individual cookoff organizers determines, manages, and collects its own entry fees at each CASI event. CASI rules govern the judging process of CASI chili category only; all other ancillary events are managed by the individual organizer’s rules.
