Why are you interested in the CASI Executive position?
I care deeply about CASI and the positive impact it has on our communities. This organization has done great things, and I want to contribute to its continued growth and charitable mission. I've seen the need firsthand and feel called to help however I can to support and strengthen what CASI stands for.
Previous outside board or volunteer service?
I’ve always been someone who works well with people, especially in tough situations. I’ve led teams, written policies, run trainings, and learned how to make decisions that balance the needs of individuals with the goals of the organization. I know how important it is to follow through and meet deadlines. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves when there’s work to be done. I think those skills—and my commitment to CASI—make me a solid fit for this role.

How will the organization benefit from you serving as the CASI Executive Director?
I’ve seen the need, and I’m willing to step in and serve where CASI needs me most. I’m ready to take on the responsibilities of Executive Director and help guide the organization forward. This organization means a lot to me, and I want to do my part to help it continue doing good work in our communities. I’m committed, dependable, and ready to take on the responsibilities that come with the role—because I believe in what CASI stands for.
