20 years volunterring with Boy Scouts of America 14 years volunteering for Math Pentathlon

I am highly technical with a focus on usability Project Management skills Involved heavily in adult leadership training for Boy Scouts Detail oriented
How will the organization benefit from you serving as a CASI Director?
Change should be intentional and grounded in good reasoning. I support change that solves problems or creates value, not change just to appear busy or different. I'm experienced in not only identifying where change is needed, but also breaking that vision down into practical, achievable milestones that teams can execute.
