Friends of Krazy Flats and the Krazy Flats Homeowners Association
The Friends of Krazy Flats (FOKF)and the Krazy Flats Homeowners Association (KFHOA) are donation programs that help offset the costs of maintaining Krazy Flats at Rancho CASI de los Chisos.
The Krazy Flats Homeowners Association is a group of individuals that have taken an interest in helping continue the long tradition of offering a relaxing gathering space during the Terlingua International Chili Cookoff. The KFHOA is made up of spectators and cooks. KFHOA also helps CASI fund the entertainment during the cookoff championship week. KFHOA underwrites bands that perform during the week at the Krazy Flats Happy Hours each day during TICC.
While both these programs are part of CASI, your donations to Friends of Krazy Flats and the Krazy Flats Homeowners Association contribute to the CASI organization by having the means to make improvements and upgrades to the Krazy Flats buildings and grounds without having to find additional resources and funds to make these changes.
Option 1: Friends of Krazy Flats donations are $1 to $99.
Option 2: Krazy Flats Homeowners Association donations are $100 per person per year. Donations over $100 are also accepted and appreciated. (if you use online PayPal it is $102.53). As a member of the KFHOA, members receive the following:

- Your first year you receive a special KFHOA tshirt
- After your first year you receive a special, limited gift item
- A bandit sign for your camp with the KFHOA logo
- A voucher for a bucket of beer at the KF Saloon
- A voucher for a bag of ice at the KF Saloon
- A coupon for a 10% at the Krazy Flats store. This coupon is only valid during the Krazy Flats Experience on Thursday. KFHOA members are allowed to shop early in the week and have their items put on hold. They must be claimed on Thursday between 2pm and 5pm.
- On Thursday afternoon, at the end of the Krazy Flats Happy Hour, there is a short meeting of the KFHOA members with complimentary adult beverages.
