If you are ready to complete your Krazy Flats donation, then you need to submit the form and complete the payment to CASI. Mail your CASI FOKF donation check to : Friends of Krazy Flats, 24810 Red Oak Street, Magnolia, TX 77355. Please make the check payable to "Friends of Krazy Flats". ***There needs to be a form filled out for each person please.

When you hit the "Submit Form" below, an email will be sent to the Mayor of Krazy flats and another page will appear for payment information.
