Tallymaster (Points)The CASI Tallymaster records the results from each CASI event. When the CASI member earns enough points or is eligible for an automatic qualifier for the CASI Terlingua International Chili Champions, then an electronic invitation is sent.
CASI Senior RefereeThe CASI Senior Referee is chair of the CASI Rules Committee and serves to guide the Regional Referees in observation of the scheduled CASI events to be sure all event sanctioning rules are followed to insure fair judging.
Executive DirectorThe Executive Director is the principal administrative officer of the corporation and manages the day-to-day business of CASI; subject to the direction and approval of the CASI Board of Directors.

Events CoordinatorThe CASI Events Coordinator records the information for upcoming events and approves the events. The Events Coordinator submits the scheduled CASI events to the Terlingua Trails each month for publication and mails the event packet to the cookoff sponsor, when requested. Cookoff forms are available to be downloaded in the forms/resources of the website. You may submit your event applications on this website.
Terlingua Trails EditorThe Terlingua Trails Editor publishes the monthly CASI newspaper; which includes articles and pictures sent in by members, scheduled CASI Events and CASI Event winners.
Old 320 AlcaldesaThe Old 320 Alcaldesa is the Mayor of Rancho CASI de los Chisos and is the liaison between the Board and the Old 320 Members. The original Old 320 Members are the ones that donated to purchase the CASI Ranch.
Scholarship Program AdministratorThe CASI Scholarship Committee is the chair of the Scholarship Committee and manages the day-to-day business of the scholarship program.
