Chili Hall of Flame, Great Pepper of the Year.
Why are you interested in the CASI Board position?
I have filled out the answer to this question 3 times with generic answer and deleted it. I thought to myself this is not what my peers want to hear. They want to hear the real reason why I want to run for the CASI board. It is not because I want to be yelled at from those before me or the cooks of this is not what I would have done or we always did it this way. I want to run because I have a passion for this organization. I am privileged that I get to be a stay at home wife and Gigi to my grandbabies. I have the time and energy it takes to put into the CASI BOD. For the past 14 years I have volunteered countless hours at CASI and been behind the scenes, now is time to step out to the frontlines and fill a position on the CASI BOD. It’s a score with Brandy on the board! I thank you for considering me for a position on the board.

Computer, organization, listening, and a good work ethic.
How will the organization benefit from you serving as a CASI Director?
My love for CASI has not weakened over the past 14 years. It has actually grown stronger, I always believe before I didn’t have what it takes to run for the BOD but after long talks with chili heads, I have been convinced that I do have what it takes to run for the BOD, all you need is love and passion for this organization and believe me I do have that! when I put my mind to do something I will do it with my whole heart, and I will be the best that I can be at representing CASI.
