Monday- October 28, 2019
8:00 AM- Rancho CASI de los Chisos officially opens. CASI Directors will be on the grounds to assist you. If
you arrive prior to this date, the Parking Rules are still in effect; we do not want to have to ask
you to move your campsite.
9:00 AM –Krazy Flats Saloon opens. Closes Midnight.
11:00 AM- TICC Concession Shirt Folding
7:00 PM –DAVE BOONE MEMORIAL DOMINO TOURNAMENT- Mexene Judging Pavilion
Tuesday- October 29, 2019
8:00 AM- Registration begins for COOKIN’ FOR CASI- Judging Pavilion-SENMCS & Pasadena Pod hosting
9:00 AM- Registration begins for ANYTHING BUT CHILI COOKOFF-Registration closes 10PM-Krazy Flats
-Krazy Flats Saloon opens. Closes at Midnight.
10:00 AM- Early wristband distribution Main Concession until 2PM. PHOTO ID REQUIRED
12:00 PM- Beer Concessions open (or as soon as the beer arrives)
-TICC Main Concession Store opens til 4:00 PM
1:00 PM - Turn-in – The CASI Rancho de los Chisos Cook-off- Hosted by SENMCS & Houston Pod
- Happy Hour- Main Bar until 3PM.
9:00 PM- Light Parade (ATV/ golf carts, etc.)- Starts main stage road and ends at Krazy Flats Saloon
Karaoke with Janet Hughes –Si Brown Pavilion- 8-9pm. Will resume after parade
Wednesday- October 30, 2019
8:00 AM- Vendor Setup.
-Wine Pick-up Begins.
8:30 AM- Old 320 Space Marking
9:00 AM -Krazy Flats Saloon opens. Closes at Midnight.
-Registration opens for ANYTHING BUT CHILI COOKOFF Closes at 11AM-Krazy Flats
12:00 PM -Gates Open. Main Beer Concessions open.
-Wine pick up ends.
1:00 PM - Cooks Registration opens behind the Stage until 4PM.
Photographic identification must be presented to register to cook chili.
-Beans, Wings, & Salsa registration behind the Stage until 4PM.
1:00 PM - ANYTHING BUT CHILI- turn-in. Krazy Flats, Si Brown Original Louisiana Hot Sauce Pavilion.
ABC Announcements will be Friday afternoon. Hosted by VASA Pod & Pasadena Pod
2:00 PM- Happy Hour- Krazy Flats Bar- Until 4PM.
5:00 PM- Reception for Friends of CASI Sponsors- Behind Main Stage- Invitation Only.

-Bloody Mary Morning Happy Hour until 10:30AM.
9:30 AM- Veggie Cutting- Mexene Judging Pavilion
10:00 AM- Cook, Show Team and Old 320 Registration behind the Stage Until 1PM.
-Photographic identification must be presented to register to cook chili and perform Show
-Beans, Wings, Salsa registration behind the Stage until 1PM.
-Concession Store until 8PM

8:30AM - Presentation of Colors and National Anthem. Performance by Big Bend High School Band & Dancers.
-Beans, Wings & Salsa Registration at the Mexene Judging Pavilion until 10AM.
9:00 AM- Krazy Flats Saloon opens. Closes at Midnight.
-Judges’ Registration in main concessions area until 1PM
10:00 AM- Concession Store Opens. Closes at 8 PM.
-Beer Concessions open.
10:30 AM- Hot Wings preliminary turn-in at the Mexene Judging Pavilion.
11:00 AM- Cook& Old 320 registration behind the Stage until 4PM.
-Showmanship registration closes at 3:30PM.

12:00 PM - Beans turn-in Mexene Judging Pavilion.
- Posting of Hot Wings Finalists & Final Wings pickup at back gate of judging area until 1:00PM.

9:00 AM- Motor vehicle traffic to cooking area will be limited to essential vehicles only.

-Beer Concessions & Krazy Flats Saloon opens
9:30 AM- Reading of Contestant List from the Stage.
10:00 AM- Recognition of Sponsors from the Stage.
11:30 AM- Judges and Table Monitors check the Mexene Judging Pavilion for reporting times and table
Assignments.
HIGH NOON- CHILI TURN IN AT THE MEXENE JUDGING PAVILION
12:30 PM- SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION until 2:30PM.
Noon-3:00 PM- Old 320 Chili Sales- Arena
3:30 PM- Cookoff announcements to begin from the stage and end with announcement of TICC winners.
8:00 PM- - Party continues at Krazy Flats. Closes at midnight.
